A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and eight months.

Punishment of the crime

On May 28, 2010, the Defendant was sentenced to one year of imprisonment with prison labor for fabrication of private documents at the Busan District Court on September 1, 2010 and completed the execution of the sentence at the Busan Detention Center.

1. On December 21, 2012, at around 06:00, the Defendant: (a) applied for a loan with a freight vehicle, which was scrapped and registered only on the document, due to a drilling accident that occurred near the Jeju Expressway; (b) and (c) a freight vehicle, which was registered only on the document, as collateral, as an applicant for a loan; and (d) a freight driver’s license and a Class I driver’s license for a large vehicle; (b) a truck driver’s license and a truck driver’s license for a truck necessary for the loan examination were forged or altered to apply for a loan.

On June 2013, the Defendant forged official document: (a) at the coast development office in the Nam-gu, Busan Metropolitan City, Accentian Building 603, the Defendant posted D’s photograph printed out in the photograph column of the copy of the truck driver’s license, and copied the document by inserting the letters and numbers printed out by using the F’s computer in the name column, “D’s date of birth,” and “F’s number column.”

Accordingly, for the purpose of uttering, the defendant has forged one copy of the cargo transport certificate of D under the name of the chief executive officer of the Korea Transportation Safety Authority.

B. The Defendant altered an official document above.

At the same date, time and place as set forth in paragraph (1), D’s “one-class common account” column for a copy of D’s driver’s license, which was dried from D with loan documents, read as “one-class large business” and “31, 201.” as “17, 201.17, 201” and copied the same.

Accordingly, for the purpose of exercising, the defendant altered one driver's license for D in the name of the Commissioner of Busan Local Police Agency as an official document.

C. The Defendant’s uttering of forged or altered official documents is identical to the foregoing paragraph (a) around June 19, 2013.
