A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is an actual operator as an outside director of “I” in H and 302 in Gunsan City.

The defendant agreed to supply medicines to the public health clinic by receiving medicines from the KJ.

However, even though the Defendant sold the supplied medicines to another wholesale company without delivering them to the public health center, the Defendant intended to forge the content of the inspection of goods, which is an official document, to submit it to the above company, as if he delivered the supplied medicines to the public health
