1. The defendant A shall be punished by imprisonment for one year;

However, the defendant A shall be sentenced to the above punishment for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

Defendants are not narcotics handlers.

In this regard, as follows, the Mesatopop (one philophone, one philophone, one philophone), which is a local mental medicine, was dealt with.

1. Defendant A

A. On May 2015, the Defendant: (a) purchased approximately 3 gramphonephones contained in vinyl 1,500,000 won in cash from the ship-satisf women of the ship-satisf, Han-gu, Hancheon-si, Hancheon-si; (b) purchased approximately 1,50,000 won in cash from G in the above E’s street on the same day at around 20:00; and (c) arranged to sell and purchase gramphones at approximately 3 grams purchased as above to G by bringing about 1,50,000 won in cash from G.

B. On June 19, 2015, the Defendant purchased approximately two grams of philophones contained in a vinyl paper from a female syllogian female in the above E’s street near the above E at KRW 19:00, and arranged to trade philophones between the “F” and G in a way that one million won is paid in cash from G on the street near the above E at around 20:00 on the same day and two grams of philophones purchased as above.

On June 13, 2015, the Defendant introduced G from the multi-cultural street street street street street street room located in the Geakdong in the Silsan-si, the G to the said “F”, and arranged for the trade of phiphonephones between the “F” and G in a way that G purchases three grams of phiphones from the “F” in cash at one million won.

On July 2, 2015, the Defendant received a request from G to request writingphones, and around that time, introduced G to G about the shipbuilding satisfaction women who reside in the Cheongyang-gu, China, and let G purchase approximately 14.3 grams from “H” in “I hotel” located in the Cheongyang-do, China on the same day from “H” in “I hotel” located in the Cheongyang-do, China, and arranged for the trade of writingphones between “H” and “G.”

2. Defendant B

A. The Defendant purchased philophones (1) on June 2015.
