A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

Defendant is not a narcotics handler.

1. At around 15:00 on January 13, 2014, the Defendant received 3.5 million won from C to the Agricultural Cooperative Account under the name of her mother, and then released psychotropic drugs (one philophone, hereinafter referred to as “philophone”) to E, and then arranged for the trade of philophones between E and C by directly transmitting approximately 2 1.5 g of philophones stored in five grams from the above E to the above E.
