A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

"2016 Many329" accused is not a person handling narcotics.

1. Purchasing marijuana;

A. At around 22:00 on October 16, 2015, the Defendant: (a) purchased and traded marijuana 300,000 won in cash from the front of Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government D; and (b) purchased and sold marijuana by obtaining three grams of marijuana leaves contained in vinyl spores.

B. At around 22:00 on October 24, 2015, the Defendant sold marijuana after receiving 200,000 won in cash from the front of Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government D, and two grams of marijuana leaves contained in vinyl spores.

C. On November 24, 2015, at around 21:00, the Defendant purchased and sold marijuana with KRW 300,000 in cash from the front of Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government D and three grams of the leaves contained in vinyl spores. D.

At around 00:00 on December 7, 2015, the Defendant: (a) received 300,000 won in cash from D on the street in front of Gangnam-gu Seoul, and traded marijuana with three grams of marijuana leaves contained in vinyl spores.

E. At around 18:00 on January 30, 2016, the Defendant purchased and sold marijuana with 200,000 won in cash from the front of Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government D, and two grams of the leaves contained in vinyl spores.

F. On February 6, 2016, around 18:46, the Defendant purchased and traded marijuana with KRW 300,000 in cash at the front of Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government D, and three grams of marijuana leaves contained in vinyl spores.

G. On March 2, 2016, at around 21:00, the Defendant purchased and traded marijuana 200,000 won in cash to E on the street in front of Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government D, and purchased and sold marijuana by receiving two grams of marijuana leaves contained in vinyl shotus.

H. On March 8, 2016, at around 23:00, the Defendant purchased and traded marijuana 200,000 won in cash to E in front of Gangnam-gu Seoul, Seoul, and purchased and sold marijuana by receiving two grams of marijuana leaves contained in vinyl shotus.

(i) On March 20, 2016, around 19:00, the Defendant purchased and traded marijuana 200,000 won in cash to E in front of Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government D, and purchased and sold marijuana by receiving two grams of marijuana leaves contained in vinyl sinyl chloride.

(j) On March 30, 2016, the Defendant is in front of Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government D, around 22:00.
