Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The defendant is not a person handling narcotics.
1. Violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, etc. (fence) - Trading point;
A. Accordingly, the defendant accepted philophones.
3. Violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, etc. (fence) - good offices;
A. On March 31, 2018, at around 06:20 on March 31, 2018, the Defendant received KRW 1 million in cash from F in front of the house of the said C, and dried up to F with approximately 2 gramphones, which included divided into two for a one-time injection period from C, and dried up to C.
