A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

1. Sale of marijuana;
A. On October 16, 2015, around 22:00, the Defendant sold and purchased marijuana by cutting 300,000 won in cash from E in front of the Gangnam-gu Seoul Building and delivering 300,000 won in plastic bags in plastic bags.
B. On October 24, 2015, around 22:00, the Defendant traded marijuana by 200,000 won in cash from E in front of the building Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government D, and delivering 2,000,000 won in plastic bags.

On November 24, 2015, around 21:00, the Defendant purchased and sold marijuana by delivering 300,000 won in cash from E in front of the Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan D Building and 300,000 won in plastic bags.

around 00:00 on December 7, 2015, the Defendant purchased and sold marijuana by delivering 300,000 won in cash from E in front of the Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government D Building and 300,000 won in plastic bags.
E. On January 30, 2016, around 18:00, the Defendant traded marijuana by 200,000 won in cash from E in front of the building Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government D, and delivering 2,000,000 won in plastic bags.
F. On February 6, 2016, around 18:46, the Defendant traded marijuana by 300,000 won in cash from E on the street in front of the Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government D Building and by delivering 300,000 won in vinyl bags.
G. On March 2, 2016, around 21:00, the Defendant traded marijuana by 200,000 won in cash from E in front of the Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government D Building and delivering 2,000,000 won in plastic bags in plastic bags.
H. On March 8, 2016, around 23:00, the Defendant traded marijuana by 200,000 won in cash from E in front of the Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government D Building and delivering 2,000,000 won in plastic bags in plastic bags.
(i) On March 20, 2016, around 19:00, the Defendant traded marijuana by 200,000 won in cash from E in front of the Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government D Building and by delivering 2,000 won in vinyl bags.
