1. On January 29, 2013, the Defendant obtained financial benefits equivalent to the same amount by entering information without authority in the said cash withdrawal machine, which is the information processing unit, into the information processing unit without authority, by inserting the NAC card owned by the victim B in the said cash withdrawal machine, which was in possession of the Defendant, at the cash withdrawal machine established in the Hongsung-gun, Hong-gun, Hong-gun, Hongsung-gun, Hongsung-gun, 580 East National Agricultural Cooperative, and inputting the password without authority, and transferring KRW 6,00,000 from the NAC’s account in the name of the victim to the NAC (D) account in the name of the Defendant.

A thief: (a) around January 29, 2013, the Defendant stolen the victim’s property by inserting in the cash withdrawal machine established in Hongsung-gun, Hongsung-gun, Hongsung-gun, red-gun, 366-9 the 366-9, the Defendant used the thief’s check-up card owned by the victim B in the said withdrawal machine; and (b) inputting the password and withdrawing KRW 1,00,000 from the accounts in the name of the victim’s name.

In addition, from January 29, 2013 to January 30, 2013, the Defendant stolen a total of KRW 2,360,000 from January 29, 201 to January 30, 201, a total of six times as indicated in the list of crimes.

1. Around 18:05 on January 18, 2013, the Defendant driven a E-Poter truck under the influence of alcohol with approximately 3 km alcohol concentration of about 0.059%, from the front day of the Chosung-gun Hong-gun, Hongsung-gun, Hongsung-gun, to the Southern-ri located in the same Eup/Myeon academic circles in the same Eup/Myeon.

2. When the Defendant, as stated in the above Paragraph 1, was under control as driving the said cargo in a drinking condition, he had the intention to undergo an investigation in the name of F, the Defendant’s pro-friendly F, in order to avoid the revealed fact being aboard the vehicle by fraud, etc.
