Defendant
B A person who was born in the election of the president of the EFF (hereinafter referred to as “EFF”) cooperative conducted on March 11, 2015, and Defendant A and Defendant C are those who worked as election campaign members of Defendant B.
1. Defendant B and A’s co-principal committed an election campaign fund in the manner of pretending the repayment of the existing borrowed money through the account in the name of Defendant F, the words of Defendant A, and conspired with Defendant A to purchase merchandise coupons, and to spread it to unspecified members, such as Defendant C.
Accordingly, on January 30, 2015, Defendant B borrowed KRW 100,000,000 from the Hongju Saemaul Depository in the Hongsung-gun Hong-gun, Hongsung-gun, Hongsung-gun, and transferred KRW 35,00,000 to the Agricultural Cooperative Account (Account Number: G) in the above F, and Defendant A shall have the same year.

The remaining 30,000 won agricultural merchandise 1,50,000 won agricultural merchandise 30,000 won, and purchased 300,000 won.
Defendant B, in the middle of February 2015, contact C, the EFF member of the EFF, and visit the house located in Chungcheongnam-gun, Hongsung-gun. Defendant A around that time, called “B’s distribution to other members of the house of Defendant B” and called “B’s distribution to other members of the house of Defendant B, 50,000 won worth KRW 10,00 in cash.”
