A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than three years and six months.

Punishment of the crime

1. On December 14, 2012, at around 00:50, the Defendant suffered from robbery: (a) discovered a strings (D) car at the location of the Defendant’s seat located on the street prior to the 37 years old, Hong-gun, Hong-gun, Hongsung-gun, Hongsung-gun, Hongsung-gun, with a view to evading arrest, and (b) opened a driver’s seat and embarking on the vehicle and driving it on the vehicle, and (c) cut off by driving it on the same day; (d) around 00:55 on the same day, the Defendant got a witness of the theft at the street in front of the Hongsung-gun, Hongsung-gun, Hongsung-gun, Hongsung-gun, Hongsung-gun, a victim E (37 years old) who opened a taxi and gets off the taxi, and (e) requested the Defendant to take off the Defendant’s faling car through the window of the driver’s seat.

As a result, the Defendant assaulted the victim E for the purpose of evading arrest while thefting a vehicle of an amount of 2.5 million won at the market price owned by the victim C, and inflicted an injury on the victim E such as salt dynasty requiring two weeks medical treatment.

2. Around 00:50 on December 14, 2012, the Defendant was driving a Dunchless vehicle with a blood alcohol concentration of 0.188% under the influence of alcohol without obtaining a driver’s license from the front day of the Hongsung-gun Hongsung-gun Hongsung to the front day of the same Eup/Myeon road in front of the same Eup/Myeon, and without obtaining a driver’s license.
