1. The Defendant, along with K and L, opened a door of a vehicle parked on the road and conspired to steals things in the vehicle. A.

On September 19, 2014, at around 23:00, the Defendant, K, and L discovered a NEM car owned by the victim M that was parked in the vicinity of the Red Station in Hongsung-gun, Hong-gun, Hong-gun, Hong-gun, and K returned a pre-owned log into the key hole of the said car and forced to return it to the victim, and then the Defendant and L confirmed that there was CCTV in the surrounding areas.

Accordingly, the defendant stolen the victim's property together with K and L.

B. On September 19, 2014, at around 23:00, the Defendant, K, and L were placed in front of a vehicle owned by an unclaimed victim who was parked in the vicinity of the Red Station in Hongsung-gun, Hongsung-gun, Hongsung-gun, Hongsung-gun, and at the same time K was placed in the front key hole of the said vehicle, K was placed in the front door hole of the said vehicle and forced to return one cell phone owned by the victim in the said vehicle, and the Defendant and L confirmed whether there was CCTV around the vehicle.

Accordingly, the defendant stolen the victim's property together with K and L.

On September 19, 2014, at around 23:00, the Defendant, K, and L were placed in front of a vehicle owned by an unclaimed victim who was parked in the vicinity of the Red Station in Hongsung-gun, Hong-gun, Hong-gun, Hong-gun, Hong-gun, and K were placed in the front key hole of the said vehicle, and forced to return the pre-owned household into the front key hole of the said vehicle, and the Defendant and L were in an unclaimed amount of money owned by the victim in the said vehicle. The Defendant and L confirmed whether CCTV were CCTV around the said vehicle.

Accordingly, the defendant stolen the victim's property together with K and L. D.

On September 19, 2014, the Defendant, K, and L are the vehicles owned by the French victim parked in the vicinity of the red station located in the Hongsung-gun Hong-gun Hongdong, Hongsung-gun, Hongsung-gun around 23:00.
