1. Larceny;

A. On December 4, 2019, at around 03:14, 2019, the Defendant: (a) opened a driver’s seat in front of the building, which the victim B parked on the roads of the building southnam-gun, and (b) stolen the victim’s cash worth worth KRW 80,000,000, in front of the building.

B. At around 00:21, December 5, 2019, the Defendant: (a) opened a driver’s seat, which the victim E parked on the side of the F apartment Gdong, in front of the Namnamnam-gun, without correction of the H car; and (b) stolen KRW 7,000 in cash from the victim’s test-protruding wall on the side of the driver’s seat.

C. At night, around 03:00 on January 4, 2020, the Defendant: (a) opened a window that was not corrected at the “N” medical care center office managed by the victim M in the Namnam-gun L; and (b) intruded into that room; and (c) stolen 5:70,000 won in cash from the wall owned by the victim in the west on his/her face; and (d) invaded into that room.

Accordingly, the defendant invadedd the building managed by the victim at night, and stolen the victim's property.

Around 02:00 on May 7, 2020, the Defendant: (a) opened a front door that was parked by the victimO for the purpose of theft of goods on the front side of Gwangju-dong P, Gwangju-gu P; (b) searched the inside into the above cargo vehicle; (c) but (d) did not bring about an attempted crime due to the lack of cash, etc.

4. The Defendant committed a crime against the victim R shall be adjacent to the Dong-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City S on May 7, 2020 at around 02:30.
