On September 29, 2019, the Defendant attempted to larceny: (a) opened a new truck driver’s seat prepared in the parking lot in Nam-gu, Nam-gu, Nam-gu, Gwangju; (b) opened a new truck driver’s seat prepared in advance by the victim M in the parking lot; and (c) opened the inside of the vehicle in order to steal money and valuables by entering the parking lot; (d) did not carry out any attempted money and valuables, but did not carry out such intent.
