A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for up to six months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. On October 14, 2019, the Defendant, at the front parking lot located in the Jeonnam-gun, Namnam-gun, Seoul-gun on October 14, 2019, opened a steering gate that was parked in the said parking lot, and opened into the NAS G90 car owned by the victim D and stolen KRW 1,50,000,000,000 in cash owned by the victim of the container.
2. At around 15:20 on October 17, 2019, the Defendant: (a) opened a driver’s seat, which was parked in the F apartment parking lot in the Jeonnam-gun, Jeonnam-gun; and (b) carried into the vehicle, which did not correct the Henetop car; (c) carried the vehicle into the vehicle; and (d) did not commit attempted crimes because it does not contain any stolen objects.
3. On October 17, 2019, at around 15:25, the Defendant: (a) opened a string door, which was parked in the F apartment parking lot in the Jeonnam-gun, Jeonnam-gun; (b) opened a string door, and entered the string door, which was located in the JEN car owned by the victim I; and (c) stolen the Defendant’s cash amounting to KRW 70,000,000 in the 70,000 won in cash owned by the victim; and (d) took down the 100,000
4. At around 18:40 on October 26, 2019, the Defendant: (a) opened a steering door, which was parked at the L store parking lot located in the Namnam-gun, for the victim M’s failure to correct Nextonton car; and (b) taken off the cash amount of KRW 100,000,000 in the victim’s possession from the ground on which he was placed at the seat.
5. On November 13, 2019, at around 13:03, the Defendant: (a) opened a driver’s seat which was parked in the P parking lot located in the Namnamnam-gun, and entered the vehicle into the vehicle and stolen KRW 1.50,000 in cash owned by the victim, which was located therein.
6. The Defendant, around 15:00 on November 13, 2019, opened a back door to the “U” operated by the victim T in the Namnam-gun, Namnam-gun, and intrudes into the back door, and then take 110,000 won in cash owned by the victim V, an employee, from the wave located in the top of the waiting room.
