A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Reasons

Punishment of the crime

1. On December 20, 2017, the Defendant: (a) opened a driver’s seat of the instant cargo vehicle parked by the victim C in front of Kimhae-si, Kimhae-si, 117, 405, 1, 2 Ra, and 50,000 won in cash owned by the victim in the said cargo vehicle; and (b) stolen the said cargo vehicle with the victim’s driver’s seat located in the said cargo vehicle.

On April 30, 201, around 13:01, the Defendant: (a) discovered and did not correct the cargo vehicle parked by the victim I at the front parking lot of 103:3,4 Dra, Sungwon-si, Sungwon-si, 774, as the Defendant committed the crime against the victim I, and (b) stolen the said cargo vehicle with the victim’s cash 46,000 won, which was located in the said cargo vehicle.
