A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Punishment of the crime

1. On October 21, 2017, the Defendant committed the crime of 2018 Godan 503 on the roads located in Gwangju Mine-gu, Gwangju (hereinafter “D”) around October 21, 2017: (a) held a 200,000 won of the market price of each victim’s property owned by each victim from December 5, 2017, holding a boom box with a 200,000 won of the market price of each victim’s property owned by each victim; (b) stolen the total market price of each victim’s property owned by each victim from around six times until December 5, 2017, and attempted to steal each victim’s property owned by each victim on five occasions in total.

2. A crime set forth in 2018 high group 1940;

A. On November 21, 2017, the Defendant, from around 02:40 on November 21, 2017 to around 03:20 on the same day, opened a door in front of the “H” restaurant located in Gwangju Mine-gu G, where the victim I parked on the road in front of the “H” restaurant located in Gwangju Mine-gu, and taken up KRW 1.50,000 in cash from the wall in the victim’s possession.

L. A. L. theft was committed.

B. On March 27, 2018, around March 27, 2018, the Defendant: (a) opened a door that was parked by the victim L on the front side of the Gwangju Mine-gu, Gwangju; (b) opened a door that was not corrected by the victim L; and (c) cut off with cash equivalent to KRW 4-50,000 owned by the victim.

On March 31, 2018, the Defendant: (a) around 01:15, 201 on March 31, 2018, opened a driver’s seat which was parked by the victimO in the Gwangju Mine-gu, Gwangju Mine-gu, and (b) stolen with approximately KRW 600,000,000 in cash owned by the victim and kept within the said parking lot.

3. A crime set forth in 2018 high group 2706.

A. The Defendant, around October 2017, embezzled of separated articles possessed in possession, around October 2017, received approximately KRW 500,000 of the market value of Samsung Gallon, which was owned by the victim Q was lost in the vicinity of the monthly grain market located in the Gwangju Mine-gu, Gwangju. However, the Defendant returned it to the victim, even though he/she found about KRW 50,00,000 of the market value.
