A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On December 19, 2016, the Defendant driven a DNA-type car under the influence of alcohol concentration of 0.19% without obtaining a driver’s license on the road from 26-7 km-dong, Songpa-gu, Seoul to the front day of Songpa-gu, Songpa-gu, Seoul, at around 01:07, while driving a DNA-type car under the influence of alcohol level of 0.19% without obtaining a driver’s license.

2. On December 19, 2016, the Defendant: (a) 01:07, driving a motor vehicle in front of Songpa-gu Seoul, Songpa-gu, Seoul on the front of the road, as set forth in paragraph (1) of the said paragraph, was driven by a bus parked in the front line for signalling at the front line; (b) around 01:30 of the same day, the Defendant was investigated by the Seoul Dispatch Police Station located in 221, as Seoul Songpa-gu, by traffic of the said police station and the police officer F belonging to the said police station due to traffic accidents and drinking and driving of alcohol; (c) the Defendant was able to complete the investigation as if he was a G, a student of the Defendant.

(a) Any prior written statement on the occurrence of a traffic accident;

A copy of a private document in the name of G for the purpose of recording personal information, such as the resident registration number and address of G, and arbitrarily signing on the name next to that of G;

B. The signature of G was forged twice for the purpose of exercising at will the signature of each G in the column of the driver in the report on the detection of the driver at the main driver and in the driver’s statement report in the situation of the main driver.

3. On December 19, 2016, the Defendant: (a) exercised the above investigation signature and the said investigation document; (b) at the Seoul Song-gu Police Station located in Songpa-gu, Songpa-gu, Seoul; (c) exercised the police officer F, who was aware of the forgery of the signature and the private document; (d) as described in paragraph (2) of the said Article, one copy of the forged G signature and the private document in the name of G was duly formed.
