A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a year and a fine of KRW 300,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100.

Punishment of the crime

I. 2016 Highest 1421

1. Violation of the Traffic Act on roads;

A. On November 22, 2015, around 17:30, the Defendant driven C Otoba without obtaining a motor device license from around 83-13, Songpa-dong, Songpa-gu, Seoul to around 1km section from around 83-13, as Seoul, from among the Songpa-gu, to the front road of the 121 Gaba-ro, Songpa-gu.

B. On May 10, 2016, around 14:38, the Defendant driven a EBa car without obtaining a driver’s license from around 1m of the front road parking lot in Songpa-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government D.

2. On January 1, 2016, the Defendant: (a) received an investigation with respect to the traffic of the dispatching Police Station and the office of the accident investigation department located in 221 as of 19:50 in Songpa-gu Seoul, Songpa-gu, in relation to the unauthorized driving of a license as stated in paragraph (1); (b) there was a conflict between “F” and “F” in the name column of the person who stated the statement in the traffic accident situation; and F’s personal information in the personal information column, such as resident registration number; and (c) there was a conflict with the vehicle left at the opposite lane by signal violations.

“After entering each of the following, the Seoul Song-gu Police Station Traffic Survey Team G, who is aware of the forgery, submitted the statement as if it was duly formed, and used one copy of the traffic accident occurrence statement containing the part of private documents in F, a private document pertaining to the proof of fact for the purpose of exercising the document.

3. The Defendant forged the signature of the company and signed the above investigation at the time and place specified in Paragraph 2, at the time and place specified in Paragraph 1-A, and entered the investigation in the column of the offender in the criminal identification report, and signed the report next thereto, and submitted the report to the head G of the police station, Seoul, Song-gu, Seoul, for the purpose of exercising the said report as if the report was duly completed, and forged the F’s signature for the purpose of exercising it.

Ⅱ. The Defendant 2016 senior group 1875 senior group is on April 28, 2015, and around 07:36, around 2015, 68 senior to the unification of Eunpyeong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government.
