On December 12, 2013, A, the Defendant, was sentenced to a two-year suspended sentence for the crime of interference with business, etc. by the Suwon District Court, which became final and conclusive on December 20, 2013.
Defendant
A is the head of the Korea Construction Workers' Union OM branch, Defendant C is the vice-chairperson of the Korea Construction Workers' Union, and Defendant B works as the head of the O of the Korea Construction Workers' Union, Defendant E, D, F, G, H, I, J, K, L, and M as the O union members of the Korea Construction Workers' Union, Defendant A and the rest of the Defendants except Defendant A and C, as the apartment-type construction site of a newly built apartment-type construction company, which is newly built by another Korea Construction Workers' Association.
From August 5, 2013 to September 18, 2013, the Defendants followed the Defendants’ intention to interfere with the construction of the above apartment-type factory by holding an assembly demanding “original reinstatement, labor union pressure pulverization” in front of the construction site of the above apartment-type factory from around August 5, 2013 to around September 18, 2013.
1. On August 20, 2013, at around 09:20 on August 20, 2013, the Defendants were holding a meeting demanding the “original reinstatement and labor pressure crushing” with 10 members around the entrance of the apartment construction site of another Won General Construction Co., Ltd., the victim of the apartment construction site of another Wonwon Construction Co., Ltd., the victim of the apartment-type Q in Ansan-si, Ansan-si. On the same day, at around 09:34, Defendant B entered the construction site at the above construction site at around 09:34 on the same day, and Defendant B, even though the victims of the defect that the horses “intending to enter the site” did not stop entering the construction site without permission by 2-3 workers at the victim’s site, Defendant A entered the construction site at the second floor of the above construction site, and Defendant A taken the construction site by a camera up to the third floor of the above construction site at the construction site.
