Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. The defendants' status as the defendant A is the head of the Z branch site of the Z branch of the NAF. The defendant A is the head of the Z branch's above Z branch's office. 2. The Defendants: (a) did not employ members of the Korean Construction Workers’ Union in violation of the collective agreement that the victim AC concluded with the Korean Construction Workers’ Union; and (b) conspired to enforce the collective agreement concluded with the Korean Construction Workers’ Union by pressureing the victims while holding an assembly in the vicinity of the AE apartment site built by the victim, along with the heads of branch offices of the Korean Construction Workers’ Union, and the heads of branch offices of the Korean Construction Workers’ Union.
On November 1, 2013, from around 16:20 to 18:05 on the same day, the Defendants held an assembly with 800 members belonging to the Z branch of the Z of the Z of the Z of the Z of the ZK National Construction Workers' Union, including the president of the ZD, AF, AG, AH, etc., and held an assembly at the construction site of the AE apartment, and held an assembly using the loudspeaker of broadcasting vehicles, such as “AC water ra, and AI,” and held an assembly using the loudspeaker of the broadcast vehicle, and had the workers working at the above construction site cease to work.
As a result, the Defendants interfered with the new apartment construction work of the victim AC by force in collusion with the members of the Z branch of the Korean Construction Industry Union, including AD, AF, AG, and H.
