Defendant
A and C shall be punished by a fine of 2,000,000 won, and Defendant B shall be punished by a fine of 1,000,000 won.
The Defendants respectively.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The Defendants are union members belonging to the Do branches of the Korea Construction Workers' Association (hereinafter referred to as the "Korean Construction Workers' Association") (hereinafter referred to as the "Korean Construction Workers' Association").
In order to employ construction equipment workers, such as dump trucks and dump trucks used for cutting, transporting, banking, etc. in the construction site in the above construction site with knowledge that LH (Korea Land and Housing Corporation) orders and the project for the development of the housing site development of the G district is being implemented by subcontracting from the F of the Dispute Resolution Committee, D branch of the Korea Land and Housing Corporation of the Korea Land and Construction Workers' Association, from July 2016, 2016, in India, where the victims' field offices in H are located in the victim's field office in the victim's Dispute Resolution Committee, the members of the Trade Union held an assembly "the resolution for the right to life" on July 18, 2016;

The Defendants conspired to pressure private victims by occupying access roads to construction vehicles and equipment on the 3 construction site site of the G District Housing Site Development Act where the victim is proceeding on the ground that the victim does not have access to his/her own requirements, and thereby preventing private victims from carrying out construction works by preventing access to the construction vehicles and equipment. On July 21, 2016, the Defendants failed to operate construction vehicles for about 20 minutes a hour, including L, M, N, etc., a construction vehicle, such as J, K, etc., at the access roads to the “3 construction site of the G District Housing Site Development Promotion Act” located in I around July 21, 2016.
Accordingly, the Defendants conspired with J (the president of the branch office of the Chungcheong Construction Machinery Branch of the Korean Construction Workers' Union) and K (the president of the branch office of the Chungcheong Construction Machinery Branch of the Korean Construction Workers' Union) and by force to create the G site of the victim's G district.
