Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the Defendants are above two years from the date of this judgment.

Punishment of the crime

Defendant

A is the director of the branch of the Democratic Nowon-General Construction Workers' Union G branch, and Defendant B is the director of the Democratic Labor Union H Secretariat of the National Construction Workers' Union.

In order to employ construction equipment workers, such as dump trucks and dump trucks used for cutting, transporting, banking, etc. in the above construction site with knowledge that LH (Korea Land and Housing Corporation) orders and the progress of the J Housing Site Development Project after receiving a subcontract from LAG LAD, the Korean Land and Housing Corporation G branch of the above Democratic Nowon-gu Construction Trade Union G branch, from July 2016, in order to ensure that the members of the Trade Union under its jurisdiction are employed as workers of construction equipment, such as cutting, transporting, and dump trucks used in the above construction site in the above construction site, it was held an assembly "the resolution for survival rights" at the Asan-gu, Asan-si, where the victim in charge of the above construction site is located, and the members of the Trade Union were the members of the Trade Union on July 18, 2016;

7. At the construction site of 19.2 times, the victim had exercised pressure so that he/she could employ union members as a way to obstruct the operation of various construction equipment.

The Defendants conspired to pressure the victims of a dump truck, including AB, AC, and AD, which is a construction vehicle, on the ground that the victims do not have access to their own requirements, by occupying access roads at the J construction site, thereby preventing them from carrying out construction works by preventing access to the construction vehicles and equipment. On July 21, 2016, the Defendants were unable to operate a construction vehicle for about 1 hour and 20 minutes by blocking the operation of the construction vehicle for about 1 hour and 20 minutes by displaying the front of the dump truck, including, but not limited to, the number of union members, N, P, Q, Q, R, Q, M, M,W, X, Z, AA, etc., to arrive at the site of the “J” in the construction site located in Asan City around July 21, 2016.

Accordingly, the Defendants conspired with 15 members of the above union and interfered with the construction work of the J Housing Site by the victim I.
