1. Defendants shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

2. The Defendants did not pay the above fine.

Punishment of the crime

The organizer of an assembly or demonstration shall not engage in any conduct disturbing order by assault, threat, damage, fire prevention, etc., and shall not engage in any conduct clearly deviating from the scope of the reported purpose, date, time, place, method, etc.

Defendant

A is the head of the CConstruction Branch of the Korea Construction Union, Defendant B is the head of the said branch office, the Defendants reported the assembly to the Daejeon Western Police Station on May 13, 2014, and the date and time of the assembly was “from May 16, 2014 to June 10, 2014”; the place of assembly was transferred prior to the new construction site of the Daejeon Seo-gu, Daejeon, Seo-gu, Daejeon, and the delivery prior to the new construction site of the KR industry; and the time of the assembly was reported to the above Party A; the organizer of the assembly was the person responsible for contact.

From around 06:30 to 07:20 on May 23, 2014, the Defendants held an assembly with 50 members from the delivery of 6:5 to the outside of the construction site of the Seo-gu Daejeon Seo-gu Seo-gu Daejeon, Seo-gu 1595 Construction site of the Healtonpplate, on the ground that, despite the delivery of the place reported at the assembly to the outside of the new construction site, the Defendants requested an interview with the construction site, which is the original contractor, on the ground that the negotiations on wages with the subcontractor at the above construction site did not run smoothly, 50 members who participated in the assembly and 50 members who moved from the reported assembly site to the construction site of the original contractor located within the construction site, and the labor who mobilized broadcasting vehicles at that site was convened by means of harmony, relief proposal, etc.

As a result, the Defendants conspired to violate the rules of the organizer of the assembly.

2. The Defendants, at the time and place stated in the preceding paragraph, have taken photographs of the scene of assembly on the second floor of the above office, while the employees at the effective construction site were convened within the construction site outside the place reported by the Defendants, and the Defendants are instructed to “in the future,” using a loudspeaker, and three employees organized in advance.
