Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment for eight months.

However, as to the Defendants for two years from the date of the final judgment of this case, the Defendants are above.

Punishment of the crime

Defendants shall not purchase or administer psychotropic drugs, so they are not authorized to handle narcotics, so they shall not purchase or administer a psychotropic drug camblopon (one camlopon; hereinafter referred to as “camlopon”).

1. The Defendants’ co-principal

A. On August 18, 2018, the Defendants were willing to purchase approximately KRW 0.5g of opon from the sales of oponon from the sales of oponon that Defendant A came to know through C at around August 18, 2018, and Defendant B transferred KRW 300,000 to the Defendant’s DNA bank account (E) around August 18, 2018.

Accordingly, at around 23:00 on August 18, 2018, Defendant A paid 4.50,000 won at its own price at KRW 3,000,000,000, which was 30,000,000,000,000,000,000 won.

Accordingly, the Defendants conspired to purchase philophones.

B. On September 3, 2018, around September 2018, the Defendants were willing to purchase approximately 0.5g of opon from the sales of the oponon from the sales of the opon, which Defendant B knows, for KRW 800,000,000, and Defendant B first prepared to purchase KRW 800,000 and purchased opon, Defendant A would bear KRW 2.40,00,00, and distribution of approximately 0.3g of opon.

Accordingly, at around 23:00 on September 3, 2018, the Defendants: (a) moved 3 vehicles in K3 on the No. 23:00 and moved to a nearby Buddhist house located in H 1:0, the Defendant A waiting on the said vehicle; (b) Defendant B left the said vehicle; (c) laid down KRW 80,000 in cash under the drainage pipe installed in a house in the address of the address as ordered by the said seller; and (d) received plastic bags containing approximately 0.5g of philophonephonephones, which are adjacent to the place designated by the said seller, located adjacent to the garbage of the said seller.

Accordingly, the Defendants conspired to purchase philophones.
