Punishment of the crime

The Defendants dealt with psychotropic drugs-related psychotropic drugs-related Mesofts (one philopon; hereinafter “philopon”) as follows, even though they are not narcotics-handlings:

1. The Defendants’ joint crimes (opon purchase) reported the advertisement on the sale of philophones using C(SNS) and conspired to purchase philophones to be administered together.

On September 24, 2018, the Defendants deposited KRW 150,000 from the account of Defendant A, KRW 200,000,000,00 from the account of Defendant B at the Southern Branch of E Bank located in Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and deposited KRW 1,50,000 from the account of Defendant B to the E account (G) as requested by the seller of the printedphone on his name, and Defendant A purchased 0.5g of the printed phone in a way of searching for about 0.5g of the printed phone, which was designated as the place of delivery by the above person without his name, under the stairs of H in Dongjak-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, which was designated as the place of delivery by the above person without his name.

Accordingly, even if the Defendants were not the authorized person handling narcotics, they jointly purchased philophones.

2. Defendant A

A. On September 2, 2018, the Defendant purchased 0.5 gramphones from around September 2, 2018 to October 24, 2018 by means of purchasing approximately KRW 0.5 gramphones in the name of K bank account in the name of K designated by the seller of rophones, and then depositing KRW 400,000 in the face-book into the account of K bank account in the name of K designated by the seller of rophones, and around that time, the Defendant purchased rophones by means of searching approximately 0.5 grams in plastic bags at the location of the Seoul, which was designated as the place of delivery by the seller of rophones, and then purchased approximately seven grams from that time to October 24, 2018 by the following means:

Accordingly, the defendant purchased philophones even though he is not a person handling narcotics.

B. The Defendant, on September 2, 2018, administered philophones, is at the Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan City L Hotel hotel room.
