A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The defendant of "2018 Highest 2323" is not a person handling psychotropic drugs, and thus is not a person handling psychotropic substances, so the defendant shall not sell or administer a Megacule (one philophone; hereinafter referred to as "philophone").
1. From June 18, 2018 to December 22, 2018, the Defendant: (a) purchased approximately KRW 7.50,000 from a sales agent (BAD “D”); and (b) transferred KRW 7.50,000 to a non-account designated by the said seller at the non-bank located in Gangnam-gu Seoul at a low time; and (c) purchased phiphone in a way that he/she purchased phiphone in which the Seoul Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Housing contained approximately 0.5g of phiphonephone, which was hidden in the stairs of the building located in the bundine.
2. On June 18 through 22, 2018, the Defendant administered philophones in the Mana City E”Monael, such as the above paragraph (1), by inserting approximately 0.5g of philophones purchased on the Aluminum aluminium, and by taking advantage of the glass pipe the smoke generated by heating the following parts:

3. Purchasing phiphones;
A. On March 10, 2018, the Defendant: (a) around March 10, 2018, purchased 700,000 won from a sales agent (BAD, hereinafter “C”); (b) purchased 0.5 grams from a sales agent (BAD, hereinafter “C”); and (c) transferred KRW 700,000 to a G bank account (I) in the name of H designated by the said seller at the G Bank in the GF Bank in Ansan-gu, 18:19 on the same day; and (d) purchased Rophone by means of 0.5g of a rophone, which was hidden under the 2nd floor Do-dong, Seoul Special Metropolitan City, at around 19:00 on the same day, at around 19:0.0.
B. On March 16, 2018, the Defendant who attempted to purchase philophones around March 16, 2018, received approximately 0.5 grams from a seller of philograms (BAC, D'D') through B rophones on March 16, 2018.
