B On December 27, 2013, the Seoul Central District Court sentenced two years of imprisonment for fraud in the Seoul Central District Court, and completed the enforcement on August 12, 2015.

Notwithstanding the fact that the Defendants are not authorized to handle narcotics, the Defendants treated psychotropic drugs-related Mesopha (one philopon; hereinafter “philopon”) as follows:

1. Defendant A

A. (1) On June 2018, the Defendant: (a) intended to purchase a penphone from a person who purchased a penphone on his name that he came to know through a smartphone printing app; and (b) transferred KRW 400,000 to a philophone’s account used by the said seller on his own; and (c) around 23:00 on the same day, the said seller carried approximately 0.4g of a philophonephone, which was concealed under the control of the Hun-Ga collection box of alley-dong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul.

Accordingly, the defendant purchased approximately 0.4g 0.4g philophones from his name-free persons in KRW 40,000.

(2) On September 27, 2018, the Defendant decided to purchase philophones from the seller of philophones known through the Internet. On September 27, 2018, the Defendant transferred KRW 2,300,000 in the name of philos to the non-account accounts used by the said seller, and around September 28, 2018, the Defendant 5 g of philos in front of the D Middle School located in Michuhol-gu Incheon, Michuhol-gu, Incheon around September 28, 2018.

Accordingly, the defendant purchased approximately 5g 2,300,000 won from a nameless person.

B. (1) On June 25, 2018, the Defendant was transferred KRW 100,000 from G to H bank account used by the Defendant at around September 23, 2018, under the name of the purchase price of phiphones, to G from Geumcheon-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government E-building F, and around September 23, 2018.

Accordingly, the Defendant sold approximately 0.1g of philophones to G in KRW 100,00.

(2) On June 27, 2018, the Defendant took notes from G of the above E building F.
