Defendant
A shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for ten months, and imprisonment with prison labor for one and half years.
provided that this ruling has become final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
"2018 Highest 3720" (Defendant A) The Defendant is not a handler of narcotics.
1. Metecopon (one philoopon; hereinafter referred to as "philoopon");
A. At around 15:00 on June 27, 2018, the Defendant, who was parked in the vicinity of Eunpyeong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government C, put about approximately 0.04 gramphones into the for-time 2 vehicle operated by the Defendant’s husband, for a single-use injection vehicle, and dilution by using water, and administered phiphones in the middle of the Defendant’s left arms.
B. On June 28, 2018, around 17:30 on June 28, 2018, the Defendant put about approximately 0.04 gramphones on the part of the Defendant’s husband’s her husband’s operation, which was parked in the vicinity of Eunpyeong-gu Seoul, into the one-time injection vehicle, and dilution with water, and administered phiphones in a way of injection into the middle part of the Defendant’s left arms.
C. On June 28, 2018, from around 20:00 to 21:00, the Defendant put about approximately 0.04 gramphones into the single-use injection machine in Eunpyeong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government F building G, and dilution with water, and administered a single phiphone in a way of injection into the middle part of the Defendant’s left arms.
The Defendants, despite the fact that the Defendants were not the handler of narcotics, dealt with philophones as follows.
1. At around 14:58, May 15, 2018, the Defendants: (a) decided to purchase chophones from the seller of chophones at the J branch of the IF Bank in Eunpyeong-gu Seoul, by means of K (SNS); (b) deposited KRW 3.90,000 into the IF bank account (M) account designated by the seller of the said chophones; (c) deposited 3.9,000 won into the IF account in the name of L bank account designated by the seller of the said chophones; and (d) took 0.5g of chophones attached to the chophones in Seoul, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, at around 15:30 on the same day, where the said c
Accordingly, the Defendants conspired to sell and purchase 0.5 grams of 0.5 grams.
2. Medication of phiphones.
A. Defendant B put at around 16:00 on May 15, 2018, the 0.05g oponon from the male toilet at the first floor of the building located in Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government.
