Defendant
A on August 16, 2012, sentenced the Ulsan District Court to four months of imprisonment for a violation of the Game Industry Promotion Act, and completed the execution of the sentence in the Ulsan District Court on December 13, 2012.
around 16:30 on October 4, 2014, Defendant A posted a letter to the effect that “A victim H want to purchase a heavy and high spacker” on the Defendant’s home located in Busan-gu G building 1006, Busan-gu G building 1006, and contact the victim with the victim, thereby making a false statement as if he/she sold a heavy and high spacker for KRW 1.50,00.
