Punishment of the crime

1. On May 22, 2014, the Defendant: (a) posted a notice on the PC, in which it is impossible to identify the trade name near the Bupyeong-gu Incheon Bupyeongdong Cancer; (b) in fact, despite the lack of intent or capacity to sell goods, the Defendant deceivings the victim B who contacted with the notice; and (c) wired the victim B with KRW 1.50,00 from the victim.

Around August 3, 2014, the Defendant, who committed the crime against the victim D, sent a false statement to the victim D’s “E” website by accessing the Internet NAVER D’s “E” website, and made contact with the victim to the effect that “I would first transfer the money to the victim,” and “I would send the new learning cooperation.”

However, the facts did not have the intention or ability to send the victim a new learning gap.

As such, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim, received 50,000 won from the victim’s new bank account in the name of the Defendant through fraud.

3. Around August 4, 2014, the Defendant, who committed the crime against the victim F, made a false statement to the effect that “the victim F will send the Scoosh Game Points code if he first remitted the money to the victim,” by accessing the Internet Neber Cinera website to the effect that “Scoosh Game Points code is inserted.”

However, the fact did not have the intention or ability to send the scoof code to the victim.

As such, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim, received 100,000 won from the new bank account in the name of the victim through the new bank account in the name of the defendant.

4. The Defendant, around August 7, 2014, posted the statement that “I sell the Pacific-style sports organization” on the Internet Nenera website, and reported this to the Defendant.
