A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

[2014 Highest 4473] On January 8, 2014, the Defendant, on the Internet NAVER, posted the phrase “the purchase of middle/highest lapt North Korea” on the Internet NAC, thereby making contact to the victim and making a false statement that “the remittance of money will immediately deliver the goods.”

However, the victim did not have the intention or ability to sell the second class old class North Korea to the victim.

The Defendant, by deceiving the victim as such, received 400,000 won from the victim immediately as the name of the goods.

[2014 Highest 4553] The Defendant had access to the Internet website and reported the fact that the victims would purchase the goods, with the intention or ability to sell the goods, and attempted to obtain money from the victims as if they sold the goods.

1. On January 16, 2014, the Defendant posted a false statement to the victim E, stating that “I will purchase a physicalization at KRW 280,000,000” on a building D in the Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, by using a computer located therein, and then by using a computer located therein, and then by using the victim E, “I will sell it at KRW 280,000,000,000” to the victim, the Defendant acquired it by transfer from the victim and acquired it.

2. On February 4, 2014, at around 19:00, the Defendant: (a) accessed the Internet F Kackbook using a computer located in the above D building; (b) reported the victim G on the said website that “I would purchase DNA Quaker Quaker Cheongcker Cheongkker Cheongkker Cheongkker Cheongker Cheongker Cheongker Cheongker Cheongker Cheongker Cheongker; and (c) fraudulently acquired it by transfer from the victim on the same day.

[2014 Highest 5104] The Defendant, around March 19, 2014, contacted the victim with a purchase statement to the effect that the Defendant “as a Internet site, purchase of Non-ananthic scarbine Bana,” posted by the victim H, from the building D, Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City.”
