Punishment of the crime

around 03:00 on November 17, 2013, the Defendant, “(2014 Highest 1015)”, by phone call to the victim, read “(300,000,000 won)” to mean “The purchase of display 3” posted by the victim C on Internet NAV bulletin board.

However, at the time, there was no intention or ability to send things even if the defendant received the price from the victim because the defendant did not have the recreation3.

The defendant of "2014 Highest 1438" did not have an intention or ability to sell used goods because he/she did not have any valuable goods for the victims.

Nevertheless, the Defendant made a false statement to the victims by reporting the content that the victims would purchase valuable goods in the Internet Syna, Syna, Syna, and that they would have contacted the victims to sell valuable goods. Accordingly, the Defendant received money from the victims to the national bank account (D) in the name of the Defendant in the name of the victims and received money from the victims in the name of the Defendant.
