Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 300,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is the actual owner of freight B.

No one shall cover a registration number plate nor make it illegible.

Nevertheless, at around 16:20 on March 22, 2014, the Defendant made it difficult for the Defendant to identify the registration number plate of the said cargo in the way of covering the B cargo in front of the said B cargo vehicle and then covering the registration number plate with the banner.
