When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

No one shall cover a registration number plate of an automobile nor make it illegible, and such an automobile shall not be operated.

Nevertheless, at around 15:50 on June 16, 2018, the Defendant, as the owner of BPoter 2 cargo vehicles, was parked for the purpose of avoiding the crackdown on parking control car on the front side of D in Gangseo-gu Busan, Gangseo-gu, Busan, as the owner of Bpoter 2 cargo vehicles, making it difficult to identify the registration license plate by the method of covering the back number plate of the said cargo vehicle with the container.
