Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 500,000.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

No one shall cover a registration number plate of an automobile nor make it illegible.

Nevertheless, in order to avoid the control of the unmanned camera at the place where the date is unknown on March 2014, the Defendant posted a yellow reflect tag to the “C,” the front number plate number of the freight truck owned by the Defendant and made it difficult for the Defendant to identify the registration number plate.
