Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 500,000.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

No one shall cover a registration number plate nor make it illegible, and such a motor vehicle shall not be operated.

Nevertheless, at around 20:50 on July 6, 2017, the Defendant operated on the roads near Seongbuk-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Sungnam-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City (Seoul Special Metropolitan City), with a view to making it difficult to distinguish by attaching a reflect tape on the front number plate of the Switzerland car.
