The sentence of sentence against the defendant shall be suspended.

Punishment of the crime

No one shall cover a registration number plate nor make it illegible, and such a motor vehicle shall not be operated.

Nevertheless, on April 17, 2019, the Defendant made it difficult to distinguish the registration license plate by setting up a wooden plate on the number plate after the Poter II cargo, with a view to avoiding the crackdown on parking and stopping on the front of Geumcheon-gu Seoul, Geumcheon-gu, Seoul.

The sentence shall be suspended on the grounds of sentencing under Article 59(1) of the Criminal Act, taking into consideration the circumstances leading to the crime of this case, the recognition of the defendant, the fact that the defendant has no record of criminal punishment, and other favorable circumstances, such as the defendant's age, character, conduct and environment, etc.
