Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 400,000.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who drives B taxi.

No one shall cover a registration number plate nor make it illegible, and such a motor vehicle shall not be operated.

On July 9, 2014, around 15:00, the Defendant made it difficult to identify the registration number plate by attaching the paper to the front number plate of the said vehicle in order to avoid the crackdown on parking on the front of the public parking lot located in the 2-dong Busan Shipping Daegu return2-dong.
