Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 500,000.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is the owner of B i30 automobiles.

No one shall cover a registration number plate nor make it illegible, and such a motor vehicle shall not be operated.

Nevertheless, at around 22:05 on July 9, 2014, the Defendant made it difficult to identify the registration number plate of the said vehicle by attaching a hand on the front license plate of the said vehicle in order to avoid the crackdown on parking on the D hotel in Busan Metropolitan City.
