Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On July 20, 2013, from around 05:30 to 09:00 on the same day, the Defendant: (a) divided the conversations with the victim C (the 66-year old age) who is the security guard of the apartment building in Suwon-si, Suwon-si; and (b) took a bath to the victim who reported apartment security services on the ground that he did not require the apology despite the demand of appraisal; (c) “I am feass down as far as this son is less than this son; (d) I am the victim’s left face; and (e) caused the victim to interfere with the victim’s security services by force by force, such as: (a) I am feasing the victim by taking one time on the left face of the victim; and (b) preventing the victim from cleaning and cleaning for about 30 minutes and more.
