A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant appealed from the same court on September 16, 2015, with one year and three months of imprisonment for the crime of forging a private document. On September 23, 2015, the same court appealed from the sentence of imprisonment for one year and six months due to the crime of forging a private document. On April 28, 2016, the Defendant appealed from the same court on September 23, 2015, and filed an appeal with the same court for eight months of imprisonment for fraud, etc. and on April 28, 2016, each appellate court has the same record of force as well as 15 times of imprisonment.

[2] The Defendant had the intent to receive a loan from AH under the name of L corporation operated by AH, and had the above company’s business registration certificate, corporate seal impression, certificate of seal impression, and victim’s identity card, which was accompanied by a copy of the above company’s business registration certificate, and used the above company’s name to open a mobile phone by stealing it.

around April 3, 2013, the Defendant: (a) took place in the CG telecommunications agency located in Guro-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, as if the Defendant was AH; (b) signed that “L Co., Ltd.”, “M” and “AH” were “AH” in the customer’s name column by using mix-finching-type in the service contract form kept in that place; and (c) filed an application for opening of a mobile phone with the victim JJ mobile corporation through the above agency on the same day; (d) from around that day to May 15, 2013, the Defendant submitted it to the victim JJ mobile corporation and submitted it to the victim JJ mobile corporation for the purpose of exercising as indicated in the attached list of crimes; and (e) forged the new service contract form in the name of L Co., Ltd. with the power of attorney and submitted it to the victim PJK corporation and the corporation’s registration number column to the customer column; and (e) submitted the mobile phone price of KRW 6284 to the victim and the victim.
