When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. The act of forging a private document and uttering of a falsified and a falsified document on March 16, 2016;
A. On March 16, 2016, the Defendant signed the “D”, “E”, and “D” in the column for the name of the new contract for the mobile phone service, after receiving D’s resident registration certificate, at the mobile phone sales store B of Chang-si, Changwon-si, with the intent to open the phone of D from the mobile phone sales store B, and receiving D’s resident registration certificate and copying D’s registration certificate, and then entering D’s name in the name column for the new contract for the mobile phone service.
Accordingly, for the purpose of exercising authority, the Defendant set forth one copy of the new contract for the mobile phone service, which is a private document to prove facts without authority.
B. The Defendant, at the same time and place as above, issued an application for forgery of the aforementioned counterfeit mobile membership to the person in charge of the case, who is unaware of the fact, as if the document was duly formed.
2. The act of forging a private document and uttering of a falsified falsified document on March 24, 2016;
A. On March 24, 2016, the Defendant signed the agreement after stating “E” and “D” in the name column of the new contract for the SK Telecom Telecom Services, using the personal information of D, known as above, in order to raise the performance of the mobile phone at the above mobile phone sales store.
Accordingly, for the purpose of exercising the defendant, the new contract for SK Telecom cell phone service, which is a private document to prove facts without authority, was forged.
B. The Defendant, at the same time and place as above, delivered a false contract for the KS service, which was forged as above, to the staff in charge of SK Telecom Co., Ltd. as if it were a document duly formed.
3. Fraud;
A. The Defendant subscribed to the victim D’s 6S 1 unit in the name of the victim, such as the date, time, and place as described in paragraph 1, and applied for membership.
