Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. At around 22:50 on July 14, 2012, the Defendant driven a d SM5 vehicle under the influence of alcohol without a vehicle driver’s license from a beer-way route in Busan Dong-dong to the front direction of the Asian stadium located in Busan Dong-dong, to around 300 meters away from a beer-way route in Busan Dong-dong to the next direction of the Asian games located in Busan Dong-dong-dong.
2. On July 14, 2012, around 22:50, the Defendant: (a) was found to have driven the pertinent SM5 vehicle in front of the Asian Stak Stak Stak Stak Stak Stakak Stakak Stakak Stakakakak St., and (b) on July 14, 2012, the Defendant denied the official document by presenting a first-class ordinary driver’s license for F under the name of the Commissioner of the Busan Local Police Agency, which is an official document, to the slope E,

4. Forgery of private documents and the display of private documents;
A. For the purpose of forging and exercising the report on the facts stated in paragraph (2), the Defendant stated that he is “F” in the signature column of the report on the facts of his parliamentary statement prepared by the head of the police station G, without authority, for the purpose of exercising it at the time and place specified in paragraph (2), and signed it with an official seal F, and signed it, which is a private document pertaining to the certification of facts.
