Defendant shall be punished by a fine of one hundred thousand won.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one million won shall be the one day.

Punishment of the crime

On May 26, 2013, at around 03:20, the Defendant: (a) was on the street in front of the annual police station located in 9-dong, Busan, Seojin-gu, Busan, to leave a taxi for business use operated by the victim B; and (b) demanded the victim to pay the fee upon arrival at the destination after boarding a taxi for business use belonging to the Hanjin-gu, Busan; and (c) did not pay 6,400 won for the said fee.
