[criminal power] On September 16, 2008, Defendant A received a summary order of KRW 700,000,000 from the Incheon District Court to a fine for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving) and a summary order of KRW 4 million to a fine for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving on June 21, 2013), respectively, from the Goyang Branch of the Jung-gu District Court.

A. A. From around 22:00 on April 21, 2014, the Defendant driven an FM7 vehicle under the influence of alcohol concentration of 0.07% without obtaining a driver’s license in the section of approximately 0.65 km from the date before the E restaurant located in Yangsan-si D to the front road of the Jinindo Apartment apartment located in the same Ri at around 22:06m of the same day.
