Reasons
Punishment of the crime
"2017 Highest 8275"
1. On April 4, 2017, the Defendant forged a private document, which was kept for the opening of a mobile phone at the “DM” mobile phone sales store operated by the Defendant at Osan-si DL.
Using a copy of the F Q’s identification card, the mobile phone number column of “T Radio Service Contract Standard Manual” kept at the same time entered “FR”, “F Q Q” in the subscriber and signature column, and signed the F Q Q’s name next to the name.
Accordingly, for the purpose of exercising authority, the Defendant forged a standard guide on telecommunication service contracts in the name of F Q Q, a private document on rights and obligations.
2. Around April 4, 2017, the Defendant, at the “DM” mobile phone sales store operated by the Defendant at Osan City DL, was in possession of the Defendant with a guide for the Telecommunication Agreement in the name of F Q that forged as above.
In each cans of the F Q identification card, each copy of the F Q's identification card was sent to the nameless SK Telecom staff who is aware of the forgery and used it as if it was genuinely formed.
"2017 Highest 8365"
1. On August 29, 2016, the Defendant forged private documents: (a) operated the “N”, which was a mobile telecommunications store in Sungnam-si M and 103, around Sungnam-si; and (b) kept in custody to change the mobile phone device.
Using a copy of the FS identification card to open a mobile phone additionally, the insured and the signature column of the “KT Mobbble” kept at the same time entered the “FS” in the “FS” column and signed the FS on the name.
Accordingly, the Defendant stated in the FS indictment, which is a private document on rights and obligations without authority, for the purpose of exercising authority, as “F Q” is clearly erroneous in the FS’s clerical error, and thus, ex officio correct it.
The name ‘KT Tmble' was forged.
2. The defendant shall exercise the above investigation document as set forth in paragraph (1).
