1. The defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months;
2.However, the execution of the above imprisonment for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The Defendant, as the head of the Diplomatic Association of the Diplomatic Korea Association of the Gangnam-gu Seoul (hereinafter referred to as the "Diplomatic Association"), was employed as the head of the Diplomatic Association of the Diplomatic Korea (hereinafter referred to as the "Diplomatic Association"), from September 1, 1993 to Gwangju City E, was dismissed on February 1, 2012 as of July 1, 2012 by a resolution of the D Educational Association of the D Educational Association.
