Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. On October 15, 201, the Defendant, as a member of the D church located in the Busan Youngdo-gu, Busan, the Defendant interfered with the worship, on the following occasions: (a) around 14:00 on October 15, 201, at the place where the number of the members of the D church H is 400, the members of the D church in the instant D church distribution, and (b) on the order of conjection and the funeral, the office, and the right company, in the order of the worship of the members, the social group interfered with the operation of the D church as a large interest to ask the members of the D church, “I will accept the retired members as the head of the D church, the office, and the right company,” and thereby interfered with the operation of the D church’s wedding.

The Defendant, including that, from this point to February 28, 2012, had interfered with the worship of the D church by taking advantage of the following methods: (a) the Defendant, as indicated in the attached list of crimes, deemed the “mentor” and “mancquerelus” at a large amount of nine times in total; and (b) the Defendant interfered with the worship of the D church by taking dancing.

2. On January 29, 2012, the Defendant of defamation: (a) sent text messages containing the Defendant’s mobile phone at a place not higher than Busan, including WW, which is the head of the said D church; (b) H pastor and Zro, etc., belonging to the said D church’s members, including the same Chapter X andY; and (c) thereby impairing the honor of the victim, Z, etc., who is the head of the said D church, by openly pointing out a false contract, stating that the purchase and sale of real estate amounting to KRW 340 million is KRW 270,000,000,000 in the church parking lot as a false contract; (b) the crime of purchasing and selling real estate was committed; (c) the model of Germany, F, AA pastor, etc.; (d) the head of AC as the head of the said church; and (d) all retired.
