The defendant shall be innocent.

1. The summary of the facts charged is that the Defendant: (a) was engaged in the Internet service business in the name of “C”; (b) entered into a contract for the establishment of the website F with the Diplomatic Association on December 20, 206 and created the said website; and (c) subsequently, entered into a server management by adding a cling system for sending mail to the said E website and E website; (c) around October 8, 2012, the Defendant: (a) was aware that Diplomatic Association would continue to use only the E website except the e-mailing system; (b) did not pay 2 million won, an annual fee for the entire E website and the e-mail system; and (c) obstructed the work of the D church by blocking the E website around 16:00 on October 15, 2012 without the consent of the D church to prevent the members from accessing the above website; and (d) obstructed the work of the D church by preventing them from accessing the information processing system.

2. The Defendant asserts that the contents of the Defendant’s assertion did not interfere with the work of the D church, as the D church did not pay the web hosting price for the E-site, thereby blocking the E-site.

3. As evidence showing that the defendant unfairly obstructed the website of the D church, there is a statement in the G and H's respective legal and investigative agencies, a statement in I's investigative agencies, and a complaint.

According to the statements and complaints made by each court and investigation agency of the defendant, the defendant, G and H, the defendant entered into a contract to produce the E-site itself, which can send e-mail to the members of the D church on December 20, 206, with D church meetings, set up and set up the E-site to D church meetings, and thereafter allow them to access the E-site on the Internet, and conduct web server hosting to enable them to send e-mail to the members of the D church, and conduct e-mail to be sent to the members of the D church each year from D church.
