Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant A is a constructor who is in charge of construction of new buildings of a D church around 2002 as the believers of the D church.

In the process of the construction of the above building, disputes have occurred between the defendant and the above church as a matter of the payment of the construction cost, and the defendant, who was dissatisfied with the complaint, had the mind to spread false facts about victims E who were the pastors of the D church.

On June 2016, the Defendant sent to the Doctrine a postal item containing the following purport: “The Doctrine, E, registered the Fctrine’s building, which is an asset owned by the Doctrine, in the name of G, etc., and unfairly passed the Fctrine to Doctrine.”

However, the above FIO is only a church which developed the individual property of the victim and did not have any connection with the property of the DIO.

Accordingly, the defendant has damaged the reputation of the victim by openly pointing out false facts.

2. Around November 2016, Defendant B sent to H and its members mail containing the following: (a) the instant mail stating the purport that “a church attached to the church was divided by E and E, and engaged in real estate rental business using the said building.”

However, the FIO is only a church which developed the individual property of the victim and did not have any connection with the property of the DIO.

Accordingly, the defendant has damaged the reputation of the victim by openly pointing out false facts.

3. Defendant C
